View delivery and outcome limits
Campaign pricing and the eligible organic view target are agreed before launch. Billing is based on verified eligible views delivered, not undelivered views. The signed agreement defines the platforms, measurement window, verification method, exclusions, payment schedule, make-good process, and shortfall reconciliation. SwayGenie does not guarantee virality, bookings, revenue, sales, return on ad spend, patient demand, clinical outcomes, or other consumer behavior.
Client responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for product and service accuracy, substantiation, licensing, professional supervision, privacy, required disclosures, approvals, and compliance with laws and platform rules. In regulated categories, clients also remain responsible for applicable clinical, safety, labeling, and consent obligations. SwayGenie does not certify a client’s legal, regulatory, or clinical compliance.
Creator content and rights
Any content usage rights, paid-media permissions, duration, channels, territory, exclusivity, approvals, and creator compensation are defined only in the applicable signed agreement. Nothing on this site grants a license to creator content or SwayGenie materials.
Intellectual property
The SwayGenie name, design, copy, and original materials on this site are owned by SwayGenie or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Third-party services
This site may link to or rely on third-party services. SwayGenie does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
