SwayGenie is a creator campaign studio operated by Joe Lipshutz in California. Questions or requests can be sent to joe@swaygenie.com.
Information collected
If you request a call or email SwayGenie, we may receive your name, work email, business website, target market, launch timing, what you want to promote, and the contents of your message. Hosting providers may also process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time for security and reliability.
Do not send health information
Do not submit patient names, medical details, treatment records, health information, or other confidential patient data through this website or ordinary email. The inquiry form is not designed for protected health information and is not a HIPAA intake channel.
How information is used
- To evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
- To prepare, deliver, and improve services you request.
- To prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, or contractual obligations.
Service providers
SwayGenie may use Vercel for website hosting, Resend for form-email delivery, and Google Workspace for business email and files. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. SwayGenie does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Appointment scheduling
When connected, online scheduling uses Google Calendar. Google processes the details you enter to arrange the appointment and provides booking confirmation. Loading the embedded calendar also connects your browser to Google, which may process technical information and use cookies under Google's Privacy Policy. The booking page states when scheduling is unavailable; it does not reserve appointments until you complete Google's confirmation step.
Cookies and analytics
SwayGenie does not add advertising cookies or behavioral analytics to this site. Essential hosting and security systems may use technical storage or logs required to deliver the site. Third-party scheduling follows Google's policy as described above. This policy will be updated before optional analytics or advertising tools are added.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is normally kept only as long as needed to respond, manage a prospective or active relationship, and meet legal obligations. Unneeded inquiry data is generally deleted within 24 months. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing joe@swaygenie.com. California residents may also request information about applicable privacy rights. SwayGenie will verify and respond to requests as required by law.
Changes
This policy may change as the business and its tools evolve. The date at the top will identify the latest version.
